This is a charming laid back location with a garden and terrace in the heart of Playa del Carmen. 5 min. walk to the charming Caribbean beach, bus stations and supermarket, banks, post office town hall, the international known restaurants, entertainment and shopping on Playa´s famous 5th Av., 'La Quinta'.

  • We don´t accept credit cards.
  • Prices in Mexican pesos and are subject to change until confirmation. (The prices in USD are subject to change depending on the current daily exchange rate).
  • Payment will be made in advance.
  • Reservations in high season for longer than 4 nights, the 50 percent of the total amount will be paid.
  • Reservations for less than 3 nights, will be paid in full.
  • For reservations in low season, only the first night will be paid in advance and the remaining balance upon arrival.
  • For reservations in Easter-Christmas season, it is necessary to pay the full amount of it.
  • Check in: 13:00 -14:00 hrs. (earlier, depending on the availability)
  • Check out: 12:00 hrs.
  • To reserve it is necessary to say an approximate arrival time.

    • Cancellations

  • 1) In high season, there is a charge of 40 percent of the payment, when the cancellation is made before 48 hours of the reservation´s date. Otherwise, there is no refund.
  • 2) In low season, there is a charge of 25 percent of the amount of the reservation, when the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the date of reservation. Otherwise, there is no refund
